|For the most part, Gabriele
Rigon photographs naked women because
the aesthetic form of the female body inspires
him, so he let his mind go free. In his opinion,
"erotic" is not only nakedness, it is much more.
For him, the female nude is the most compelling
and provocative; it is perhaps nature's finest
form. Most of his work is done in the studio.
In his photographs, Gabriele Rigon
tries to capture the beauty of humanity, just
as the ancient Greek sculptors attempted to breathe
life into stone and draw out perfected human form.
Through very soft illumination, Gabriele
Rigon's photographic technique allows
the character and sensitivity of the model to
project onto the images in the finest detail without
becoming overly graphic.
